4. Transport Delays, Cancellations & Natural Events
4.1 Pickmybooking.com is not responsible for transport delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or operational issues.
4.2 We are not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, political issues, weather, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
4.3 Any additional costs resulting from such events must be paid by the traveler.
5. Liability & Responsibility

By applying for an e-Visa through Pickmybooking, you ("the Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
1.1 Pickmybooking is an intermediary service provider that assists applicants with the online application and submission process for e-Visas, as per the requirements of the respective government authorities.
1.2 All visa applications are subject to approval, rejection, or delay solely at the discretion of the issuing government or immigration authorities.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
2.1 Submission of a visa application through Pickmybooking does not guarantee visa approval.
2.2 The decision to grant, delay, or reject a visa rests entirely with the respective government/immigration authority.
2.3 Pickmybooking has no control over the outcome of applications and cannot influence government decisions.
3. Payments & Fees
3.1 All fees paid to Pickmybooking are service charges for processing assistance and do not include any guarantee of visa approval.
3.2 Visa fees, once paid, are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to rejection, cancellation, or delay by the immigration authorities.
3.3 Any government charges, embassy fees, or third-party fees are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Applicant's Responsibility
4.1 The applicant is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents at the time of application.
